Hi! I’m Heather.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) who supports children, teens, families, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with people experiencing depression, anxiety, and a range of neurodivergent or “neuro‑spicy” experiences. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s unique story.

I strive to create a therapeutic space where everyone—regardless of identity or background—feels safe, seen, and supported. Therapy should meet you where you are, honoring your strengths and the places you may feel stuck.

My clinical background includes work in eating disorder programs and inpatient treatment for adolescents and adults. These experiences gave me a strong foundation for supporting people through complex mental health challenges. I draw from evidence‑based approaches while staying flexible and responsive to each client’s needs.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my goal is to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
