As the owner of Wolf & Willow Counseling, I provide trauma-informed, identity-affirming care that moves therapy beyond the office and into nature through animal-assisted support and therapeutic horticulture. I am dedicated to helping individuals and families find healing by reconnecting with themselves and the earth in a space where they feel truly seen and grounded.

they/them

I am a genderqueer poet and social worker dedicated to social justice, blending clinical expertise in DBT and ecotherapy with expressive arts to help clients navigate trauma, identity, and collective liberation. By shifting traditional power dynamics and utilizing creative tools like poetry, nature walks, and ritual, I support artists, activists, and neurodivergent individuals in the messy, transformative process of reclaiming their authentic well-being.

Chapel Hill‍ | ‍Accepting New Clients | In Person and Telehealth

As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in community and school-based mental health, I work collaboratively and compassionately with children, teens and adults to help identify strengths, grow self-compassion and deepen self-awareness in the face of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a trauma-informed, grounding, and identity-affirming space so that you no longer bear the full weight of your experiences alone. While utilizing a blend of evidenced-based modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT and ACT, I endeavor to be authentic and curious about your experience and to support you in fostering changes that are most meaningful to you.
