As the owner of Wolf & Willow Counseling, I provide trauma-informed, identity-affirming care that moves therapy beyond the office and into nature through animal-assisted support and therapeutic horticulture. Chapel Hill | Accepting New Clients | In Person and Telehealth
As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with extensive experience in community and school-based mental health, I work collaboratively and compassionately with children, teens and adults to help identify strengths, grow self-compassion and deepen self-awareness in the face of anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a trauma-informed, grounding, and identity-affirming space so that you no longer bear the full weight of your experiences alone. While utilizing a blend of evidenced-based modalities such as DBT, TF-CBT and ACT, I endeavor to be authentic and curious about your experience and to support you in fostering changes that are most meaningful to you.
