Couples and Family Therapy

Couples and Family | All Ages | In-person & Telehealth

Couples and family therapy helps the people you love most find their way back to each other — or forward into something new. Whether you're navigating communication breakdown, rebuilding trust, managing a major transition, or simply wanting to grow stronger together, we're here to help.

We work with couples and families of all configurations: married, partnered, polyamorous, blended, chosen families, and more. There is no "normal" family here — only yours.

Common reasons people come to us…

  • Communication patterns that cause harm

  • Navigating a major life transition together

  • Conflict that feels stuck or circular

  • Parenting challenges or disagreements

  • Rebuilding trust after a rupture or betrayal

  • Supporting a child or teen in the family system

  • Grief or loss affecting the relationship

  • Pre-marital or relationship check-ins

What a session might look like

Sessions include all relevant family members or partners together with one clinician. The therapist's role is not to take sides — it's to create a structured, safe container where everyone can be heard. Individual sessions may also be incorporated as needed.
