Kids and Teens Therapy

Individuals | Kids & Teens | In-person & Telehealth

Growing up is hard. Kids and teens today face pressures that previous generations couldn't have imagined — social media, academic stress, identity questions, family change, and a world that often moves too fast for developing nervous systems.

Our clinicians who work with younger clients are warm, patient, and skilled at building trust with kids who may be resistant to the idea of therapy. We use play-informed, creative, and nature-based approaches so that sessions don't feel like sitting in an office being interrogated.

We support young people navigating…

  • Anxiety and worry

  • ADHD and executive function challenges

  • Social difficulties and bullying

  • Gender and identity exploration

  • Neurodivergent experiences

  • Depression and low mood

  • School stress and performance pressure

  • Family change (divorce, loss, transitions)

  • Trauma and abuse

  • Anger and emotional regulation

A note for parents

We involve parents and caregivers in a way that supports the child's progress without violating their trust. You'll have regular opportunities to check in with us. We'll be transparent about what we can and can't share — and why your child's sense of safety in sessions matters for the work to actually work.
