Trauma shapes the way we see the world, our relationships, and ourselves — often in ways we don't immediately recognize. Trauma therapy provides a safe, paced space to begin to understand and process these experiences without re-traumatization.

Our clinicians use evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches and are trained in working with single-incident trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD), developmental trauma, and the trauma that comes from living in a world that hasn't always been safe for your body, your identity, or your community.
