Hello! I'm Sydney!

I'm a clinical mental health counselor associate and licensed clinical addiction specialist associate. My goal is to create a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can feel validated and respected on your mental health journey.

I pull from evidence-based therapies like dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) while using a person-centered and trauma-informed lens. I believe that therapy works best when it's tailored to you, and I want our work together to be collaborative.

I have experience working with late-adolescent and adult clients in both individual and group settings. Together, we’ll focus on identifying your strengths, building practical tools, and developing strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, or patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey.
