Bree Bernhardt
LCMHCA | Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
Chapel Hill | In Person and Telehealth | Accepting New Clients
Hi, my name is Bree Bernhardt!
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) at Wolf and Willow. I primarily work with teen to adult age ranges as well as individuals with LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences.
I enjoy utilizing a mix of evidenced based practices including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy as well as occasionally incorporating other approaches such as animal assisted therapy through the lens of Person-Centered Therapy.
I prioritize fostering spaces that affirm a client’s beliefs, identities, and feelings so that they are seen and heard. I work to provide LGBTQIA+ affirming spaces for all clients as well as kink affirming spaces for adult clients. I enjoy being able to collaborate and work together with clients throughout the therapeutic process to find how to best cater to their unique needs and experiences.
